EWP (elevating work platform) COURSE

Worksafe NZ Mobile EWP best practice guidlines state an employer who requires someone to operate an EWP must ensure the he/she is adequately trained by a competent person and can demonstrate their competency before using any equipment.

To demonstrate your competency you need to complete a nationally recognized Elevated Work Platform NZQA Unit Standards training course.

Which Unit Standards do I need as a prerequisite to US 23960 to 23964?

You need to pass US 23966

The passing of US 23966 means that you understand and can describe the various types of EWP's and the legislative requirements for their use.
